LANDSCAPE DESIGNER - ENTRY LEVEL (Greensboro, NC)
Description:
Revington Reaves is a landscape architecture and planning studio committed to creating positive change through design. We strive to improve natural systems, foster community, build social equity, and create beauty in all that we do. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina we maintain a regional focus and strive to build lasting relationships in the communities where we live and practice.
We are looking for an entry level landscape designer that can work collaboratively on a diverse range of public and private realm projects. The role includes graphic expression and creation, writing and report making, interdisciplinary teamwork, and community and client engagement.
Skills Required:
Expertise in a range of computer software programs:
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
AutoCAD.
Sketchup and Enscape.
Excellent graphic design, visual communication, and storytelling skills (3D modelling, informational graphics production; report and presentation layouts, and engagement materials).
Clear written, and oral communication.
Site grading and construction documentation skills a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Highly motivated, able to work self-directed.
Ability to work well with others as a team member and to shift between multiple projects with ease.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
